Very disappointed in your service

Last week I ordered an item on BidorBuy through concept cellular.
this parcel was handed over to fastway on Monday afternoon - on Tuesday afternoon it was supposed to be delivered but up to this moment (Wednesday morning 9am) I have not received my parcel. I sent them an online enquiry which they have not responded to.
to think that I had to pay R202 for courier charges when I could have sent it through the SAPO for half the price - and I would have already received the parcel
this is really shocking service
