Shocking service

On 14 February 2013 my Kia Soul went to the Glen Kia for a service - i told them the car makes a funny noise when i reverse. When I collected the car they said it was the clutch and it falls under a warranty claim and someone will be in touch with me when the parts arrive. A month went by, i heard nothing. I phoned and the lady was busy, she returned my call I missed it, I returned her call she didnt return mine. This went on for another month. Eventually I spoke with someone and was told no warranty claim has been put thru and i need to bring the car in so they can take it apart and take photos for warranty purposes. My car went in for the day on 19 April 2013. On collection they told me that they will be in touch with me once the parts have been ordered. NOTHING happened again. On friday 17 May 2013 I eventually spoke to their warranty lady (who by the way is totally useless) and she didnt know what i was talking about. Then I spoke to another lady who knew what was going on and she informed me i need to bring my car in for another DAY or 2 so they can take it apart again and take more photos, then send to warranty, get approval, order parts and bring the car back again!!!
