Warranty and sense of agency

I took my car in on the 18 June 2013, to KIA The Glen because the car was overheating don't know why. The car is a brand new KIA Rio and a 2012 model still under warranty according to my knowledge. It is always up to date with service infect it just been serviced for 30ks by KIA The Glen.

The issue here is that it's been a month now the car is still under investigation this meaning they have not yet started with fixing the car nor is the warranty been approved.

By now they should have started fixing the car and not being delayed by warranty department coz they not convinced or some sort.

This is really inconveniencing me because I don't have a car for a month now, I paid installments on something that is not even in my position. I can't do my job anymore as I need a vehicle.

Kia does not offer any courtesy car hence that is why I think they take advantage of their client and forever to repair the car.

with this being said once and when the warranty decides to approve and fix the car, i most wait again for knows how long to get the parts in from Korea.

really this is no way to treat your clients.
No more KIA for me... what was i thinking really!!
