Warranty Repairs not Done 3 Months after Filed

Took in my Hyndai i.20 1.6 vehicle for a 75000km Service on 29th January 2013, Following was picked and said to be covered through warranty i.e @ zero cost to me to replace/repair

""Excessive Play on Yoke Plug causing a knocking noise When Turning the Steering( Supplier to Fit New Yoke plug as per TSB)"
"Found Shock not holding Pressure Causing Shock to bump body(Suppleir to to renew both rear shocks)"

After i enquired almost 2 months later i discovered the Service attendant (Stella Hills) initially did dont submit warranty claim to the warranty department to enable them to order the parts, when i reported to Service Manager Geritt Muller he said he will quickly find parts from nearest branch and order and have the dapartment call me to book the vehicle in, this was in April 15th 2013.

latest is i am dealing with new consultant(Natily) who has indicated the warranty claim is yet to be submitted to the warranty department
