LIGHT NOT CHECKED AS PER REQUEST & BAD ATTITUDE

ON THE 2ND SEP 2013 MY VEHICLE FWR919MP WAS BOOKED IN FOR SERVICE.THE SERVICE ADVISOR INGE ASKED ME IS THERE ANY OTHER FAULTS THAT NEED TO CHECKED I ADVISED THE BACK PASSENGER SAFETY BELT NOT WORKING AND THE FRONT RIGHT BY THE DRIVER IS MUCH DIMMER AND NOT AS BRIGHT AS LEFT FRONT LIGHT.AT THE END OF THE DAY AFTER I PAID FOR THE SERVICE I ASKED HER ABOUT THE 2 PROBLEMS.SHE STATED BOTH ARE UNDER WARRANTY THEY WILL HAVE TO ORDER THE PARTS AND THEY MUST BE EXCHANGED.SHE GAVE A ME A JOB CARD TO SIGN WITH REGARDS TO THE SAFETY BLET AND WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE LIGHT SHE SAID SHE FORGOT AND WILL EMAIL IT TO ME AND ONCE BOTH PARTS ARRIVE I MUST BRING THE VEHICLE BACK.ON THE 19TH SEP I GET A CALL FROM SUSAN STATING THE SEAT PART IS AVAILABLE AND I MUST BRING MY VEHICLE IN. WHEN I ASKED REGARDING THE LIGHT SHE WAS DUMB STUCK & INFORMED THAT DOES NOT FALL UNDER WARRANTY & I SHOULD PAY FOR ADJUSMTENT OF LIGHT. I TOLD HER THE VEHICLE WAS BOUGHT BRAND NEW AND THATS HOW I GOT IT. AFTER QUARELLING WITH HER SHE FINALLY TOLD ME SHE WILL COME BACK TO ME.TODAY I CALLED NOBODY WANTS TO HELP ESPECIALLY INGWE FOR KEEPS TRANSFERING VARIOUS PEOPLE & THAN HANGS UP THE CALL.
