In May my car had to go in for a service, so I emailed Kia Bryanston and got no response. So then I contacted Kia Weltevreden, and was booked for service.
I asked them to look at two additional problems for me during the service, neither of these were attended to. since I hadn't collected the car myself that day, I contacted them and was told to bring the car back to test for these error, which I did. It was agreed that there were errors and I was to bring the car back the Monday for them to take photos and do warranty claims. During this time a third issue cropped up which was also a warranty claim.
The photos were taken and I waited, no feedback, sent emails, no feedback. Finally told them my car was unsafe and I hold them responsible should an accident happen, then I got an argument as response and suddenly the same day my parts were there!
Two of the three issues were allowed on warranty, and both these repairs were done incorrectly!
Yesterday I emailed the case manager at Kia SA, who read the emails but never responded, even when asked if there was feedback. My car is back there now for repairs to the repairs and damage done during the repairs!!!
So don't buy Kia!!
