Still waiting for my deposit back after months

I returned my rental car on the 11th of July 2013 with a full tank of petrol. Till today I haven't received my R750 deposit back from Europcar. My husband has called countless times to try resolve this only to be told they will get back to him. He never got responses.

He then spoke to Shandre the manager of the Centurion branch on the 18th of September. She asked him to get me to email her to sort this out. I emailed her on the 19th of September and again on the 27th of September. I haven't received any response from her to date.

I would like to know if I'll ever hear from anyone to help me sort this out and if I'll ever see my money again? I think this is crazy that it takes almost 4 months to get my money back. I'm very disappointed with the service.
