Petrol Deposit not refunded

My account no: 163730548, I returned my hired car on the 8th Nov 2013. I have been emailing various people at EuropCar to try to get my Petrol deposit refunded over the past 10 days, with no luck or response!

I am told to wait 48 hours each time for a response. It has now been 10 days... and i'm still waiting... patiently...
Please could someone refund the balance of my petrol deposit.
