Address does not exist (Lazy Delivery Guys)

I get a email from nivo online shopping who is very reliable to shop with but Berco Express were responsible for delivery and informed nivo that the address I supplied does not exist, yet previously delivered to that address twice! Really can Berco Express delivery guys please start paying more attention as this is the height of poor service! I hope my order is delivered first thing Monday morning!
