Aramex South Africa
Shocking Experience

While trying to resolve this and just looking for an explanation, it took Berco just under a month to come up with the worst feedback.
On 10 April a package with 300 toys was sent to Cape Town from Centurion. Toys on their way to underprivileged children to whom new toys is a great moment of joy.
Berco was supposed to deliver the toys on the 11th of April by 10:30am, so we organised a mid day handout. The delivery was just under 3 hours late and since then all I've been asking was for feedback. Feedback to give to the media that attended the day, the celebs that attended and the sponsors. Most importantly feedback for the children that waited all that time.
After several calls and promises to call me back, today was the day we would get answers. Sadly the final feedback was that the school was not easy to find. Funny thing is that the school address was never the original delivery address. The school became the delivery address when the parcel was late. Then the excuse changed to nobody was at the address supplied. That after I was told there are no notes to support a reason for late delivery.
Sad day for Berco. All I wanted was a reason, now you made up 2 that makes no sense.
