Bad service

Went to the centurion branch at 4 pm and wanted to get more info about the new A class. the lady at the front desk said that most sales persons leave at 4 but she managed to send a very uninformative sales person down. he was not very interested in giving me info about the new A class and sort of brushed me off. I walk around the car and he was not very helpful at all.

i then went to the Menlyn branch hoping for better service, this was not the case. i had to find a sales person and we chatted about the car. he took down my details and said he would send me a quote... its been almost 3 months and i have still not received any information from anyone.
