I spent the morning of the 19 April 2013 at the Mercedes Benz Centurion branch. I inquired about the new A series, and requested a quote which I still up until today await. I have called the sales consultant twice daily since the 19th and still have no feedback. I sent a test email so he could reply back on my email and still received nothing. I have been told that there is a long waiting period and I am afraid that the longer I wait to put through an application the longer the waiting list will grow. I have also submitted an email to the branch explaining the situation and have received no feedback since. This is not the kind of service one would expect from a sales environment. They probably just lost my sale.
