So i succumbed to all the pressure from advertising to call outsurance and get a quote. I Submitted my info online and received a call from what must be the worlds worst sales person! surely these people go through some sort of training with regard to customer interaction! She seemed completely uninterested (as if she was doing me a favour listening to me begging for an insurance quote). I mean, normally you get sales people virtually begging you to buy their product. so after the long process of obtaining a quote, I pointed out to her that the premium she quoted was well above what I'm paying at the moment, instead of offering me alternatives, or even a reason why I should pay more (what a good sales person should do), her reply was "excellent" and she hung up. Is this the service one can expect from outsurance??
