Mercedes Benz Century City

I went to Mercedes Benz today to find out more about the new A45 AMG of which I was told that Century City branch had one on the floor.
I arrived at 17:02 and spent 12 minutes inside the AMG section, looking at this particular vehicle, got in and out twice, walked around a few times, took photographs, exited the building, went back in through another door of the AMG section and not one sales person came over to offer assistance or even greet. The lady at reception did not acknowledge the fact that I was standing there and clearly interested in the vehicle, nor did the sales lady who walked past (given she was leading her client around).
This is not the kind of service expected when dealing with a brand of this class or in fact any retailer looking to be a success and uphold their brand.
