Inspectacar
Selling Defective Vehicles

I purchased a BMW E90 320i on Feb 2013, from day one this vehicle has been trouble and has been in and out of their "so called mechanical workshop" its been now three months and this vehicle has now come to a standstill with no power. Had the vehicle towed to BMW and their report shows that this vehicle has some serious problems like the VVT motor that has packed up on it which is now costing me a whopping 20k. when i brought this to the attention of the dealership, they just discarded me saying that it only carried a 1month guarantee. However i have checked the CPA and found that if they sold the car with COR, which they did, then they are liable to hold a warranty for 6 months. i will be taking this matter forward as this vehicle was R130000 and it was a cash deal, this kind of money dont grow on trees, we work hard for it.
