A year ago we purchased a Hyundai Tucson cash from this dealership, while still under warranty. A couple of months ago, when booking the service, we were advised that the vehicle had skipped a previous service (prior to our ownership) and that the warranty no longer was valid. We are now stuck with a vehicle with an incomplete service history & no warranty, which was sold to us under false pretenses i.e. with full service history & no accident history.
The DP is now trying to get us to trade in this vehicle and expects us to pay in the difference on the vehicle on offer to us-taking no responsibility for his dealership's dishonesty.
