Vehicle was first logged as black but was instead white, I accepted that in terms of loyalty, vehicle was supposed to be delivered on a truck but was instead driven with someone smoking in the vehicle and I'm a non-smoker against arrangement made, they also made me liable for transport cost which were null and void since the car was driven up, an extended warranty was added to the vehicle without my acknowledgement and approval, it was said it comes standard but where do you pay 20000 extra for something that comes standard its suppose to be free? Then a month after delivery I was informed that the vehicle does not have a service plan, on these grounds I wanted to return the vehicle and cancel the deal as I could"ve bought a new vehicle from a VW dealership with all the extras and a service plan for the same price as i got this supposed "new" vehicle which was a demo, which I also only found out when I took delivery of the vehicle, but I was denied.
Now I'm starting to pick up mechanical and interior issues with this vehicle, I am taking the vehicle for evaluation next week and if the report finds my theory correct I will return the vehicle and then the deal will be cancelled
