Several mistakes regarding service!

I booked my car for a service (only for the brakes).
When I went to drop off my car, they somehow lost my booking. They booked my car in anyway and I didn't make a big deal out of it.
Then they phoned me, without any details regarding the progress or when I can fetch it. I thought it would be a small job and I expected to be able to fetch my car the same day. But when I phoned 4pm, I only received no answers and spoke to people who could barely get my phone number down.
I asked them to phone me back with some feedback within at least 15min. With no luck.
The next day I tried to phone them. But at first no answer, and then their phone lines were dead.
I still expected to be contacted at least. Since I can't reach them.
It's very inconvenient and I feel they aren't on top of things at all.
Still waiting to hear from them. Guess I'll have to drive there myself - somehow!!!
