I booked a limo for the Justin bieber concert, to take my daughter and friends. This was booked for 3pm. I also stated in the contract that the driver must wait for them at the concert, which Pedro confirmed numerous times. I asked if the limo could come earlier. Walter said he would come anytime from 1:30. at 2 i phoned again asking where he was and i was told he was on his way. My dad saw the limo van drive past him at around 2pm. 15min later I phoned again, I was told he had a flat tyre and was on his way. We phoned the driver who said he had a flat and was on his way. Second call, no he was fixing the flat at the garage, third call he was at the office and told my friend if she didn't speak nice he was going to make her wait longer. I phoned the office and Pedro confirmed that the driver was not at the office. He came to fetch us in a smaller limo than what we booked. They did not wait at the concert. The limo van then came to fetch them. We had to make numerous calls to find out this or they wouldn't of known who came back to fetch them. This one stunk of gas, kids were complaining of sore chests, driver gave attitude and said windows don't open. I'm disgusted by them!
