In the car there was a noise more like a siren when I purchased the vehicle in October, I took the car for service in Toyota Parktown, Johannesburg and requested them to look at the matter but they claimed its a tracker matter and I informed them that Tracker has indicated that their tracker is installed perfectly and the matter has nothing to do with them. I informed the Manager at Toyota Barloworld to arrange technicians and he indicated he will until today.

I further contacted Toyota Customer care whom stated I should liaise with any nearest Dealer and I contacted Toyota in Centurion (Hendrick) and the person who assisted was JK Fouche whom once again stated that they will need to retrieve the file in order to check the matter and that was 2 weeks ago and whenever I call they claim they will come back to me.

Again I liaised with Zenobia via [Email Removed] and still I have not received any solid information about this and this is dragging. Its almost 6 months and nothing. I informed them that my job allows me to travel and I need to fix the matter before I live SA but nothing is happening and I'm sick and tired of these and skelms these companies employ.
