Car Return Without Full Service

I had a breakdown on my new 1-series BMW and the towing truck tow-it to Auto Bavaria Midrand for repairs, the person who was responsible to assist with the repairs was Glenn Jacobs. At first he has shown me a horrible attitude telling me that he will only check and open my car in five days time, I told him that i need this car to be fixed as soon as possible since my wife is heavily pregnant, so I dont want to take any chances. He told me that is better i request the car to be tow where i bought it i.e. Auto Bahn maybe they will help. I went to Auto Bahn to complain and they called and he started working on the car, however, whe he return the car, The Auto - Start/Stop function was no longer working, i ask him to fix-it twice and he told me that it is fixed, I send him and his BOSS Piet Van der Merwe but they didnt bother to respond to my emails.
