On the 9th of April the claims was approved by my insurance to get repairs done to my vehicle. On the 15th of May I phoned to follow up on what was happening and I was treated like nothing. I was told to have followed up, I was given the attitude when I explained that I am unable to have my car with them on a specific date and I will contact them to arrange. Flip Nortje is a unprofessional, incompetent & ignorant man that thinks he owns the world and all woman will fall to the ground for him. Very Very Disappointed and I hope that CMC (Collision Management Centre) that is underwritten by Regent will cancel there contract with Twin City. I was paying (I am saying was as I am cancelling the policy) a monthly fee and that entitles me to some kinda good service.
