Terrible Service

I took my BMW 3 series in to Bavaria Auto Midrand on 7 August 2013 and collected it this morning. When I took the vehicle in I told them what I needed fixed and confirmed it would be covered by my maintenance plan. I received a call the next day saying the wheel alignment needs to be fixed and it will cost about R5000. I asked why it wouldn't be covered by my maintenance plan and the service consultant said BMW won't cover it. I asked him if he had submitted it to them and he said no, he knows it won't be approved. I called BMW support centre (who to date have still never called me back) to ask them to please call Glenn at Bavaria Auto Midrand and ask him for the quote so they can advise me directly if it would be approved or not - still no word from them. Glenn said he would replace my radio which was also broken and wash my car ready for collection. I told Bavaria Auto Midrand I would collect my car on Saturday10 August 2013, and when I had a friend drive me the whole way there they were closed! I fetched my car this morning and it was filthy filthy filthy!! Even inside is full of black soot! And my radio was programmed to all the same channel, 89.3!!! Terrible experience
