Auto Hail fixed my car about 2years back - problem with thier EFT debited my account twice after weeks of trying to sort out since money was out of my account between Auto employee who still works there and FNB Bank i am told by Auto Employee sorted NEVER hear from them again - 2 weeks back my car is taken to Auto Hail to be fixed :( and why not i didnt have a problem - Today at 4.20pm as i stop out side thier door get call telling me cash only - i call Ricky the owner explaining ouch bank closed problem ect and why not adviced earlier would have gone to the bank - to be told I owe them money he wrote off last time (made feel like a) Please tell me WHY when my car got there and you sent quote of R34900.00 didnt you say take your car away you you owe me money WHY when insurance said drop quote and you did to R28900.00 didnt you say NO she a and owes me money - NO you emarrassed me made feel like a - i want answers why they never told me to take my car away because i owed them money why didnt they every contact me back in the two years MAKES ONE THINK!
