Motorcycle World
Factory fault failure to repair or sort out

Hi there,
I have a Honda cbr1000rr 2008 model which I purchased from Motorcycle world. I bought motorcycle with 1300km on clock it now has 13272km on clock. a strange noise had developed and I had bonnie Honda tyger valley mechanic come have a listen and within 5 minutes he told me its a factory fault common with 2008-2009 models its called drive gear distortion. I contacted Honda SA they want to know nothing in regards about my issues as it was destined for the Australian market therefore is a parallel import and due to it not being serviced at a Honda dealer Honda SA don't wont fix the factory issue nor do Motorcycle world where I purchased it. I would understand if I had broken the bike but I had not its a factory fault and feel someone should repair it or replace it simple. if I could please have some assistance with this issue would be great cause I am currently paying nearly R3000 a month on hp for something I cant ride or use. I am totally gutted cause motorcycles is my passion and always had them now this nonsense is pathetic as nobody wants to claim on the I am sitting with. please can u help me
