On 2013-01-17 at around 08:00 I phoned the call centre to find out if my FNB card would be delivered today. They told me that it is at the Bloemfontein Branch. I phoned them and they confirmed it. They wanted to schedule it for tomorrow 2013-01-18 but I have to get it today becuase I am going for excimer eye surgery tomorrow. I went to collect it at their offices but when I arrived I was told that the card is not yet there. My time and fuel was wasted after I made TWO calls to confirm that my card was there.
