Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced

Took my car in for a scheduled service at 7am this morning. We were third in the queue. My car was book in at 7.15am. I called them during the morning to find out if my car was ready and was told they would return my call. Never happened. Called again later, once again my call was not returned. At 16h30 my daughter fetched me to go and fetch my car. I phoned the service department on the way and was told my car was not ready and that they would phone me in a few minutes. We arrived at the service department where there was a queue and most of the people were complaining. I then received a call while standing in the queue to say that I must please be patient as my car was not ready. I demanded to see the manager who apologized as my car had not as yet been touched. Third in the queue and nothing done for the whole day. NO EXCUSE. DISGUSTING SERVICE
