Bad aftercare Service

We bought my Mom a 2011 Toyota Hilux 2.0 last year (2011) in January. we added all the necesary additional options and one of those was a Toneque Cover. but the toneque cover fitted was not properly fitting on the bakkine and we complained about it to Lizzet as she was the sales person assisting us with the sale. Lizzet told us that the cover is the one for the previos stock and once the new stock comes with the right measurement she will call us to come and fir the car. twice we drove to Messina to get the car measured which requres petrol as it something along the 300KM per return trip. Now Lizzet has transfered us to Rennier whodeals with parts and renier has been making empty promises ever since.

we have paid for a toneque cover that is not properly fitting on our vehicle and this is not good since these people are no longer showing the passion they once showed when we were about to buy the car now that they have processed the sale. Please assist
