An order had to be delivered to a customer which was having her graduation the following day it was 17:30 when i called and thank i came through to Trevor who was the most patient and willing person, now at this time Trevor was done working for the day but he went the extra mile in making sure that the item was delivered to the customer that night. I was so great full on behalf of zando that was a wow customer experience and i wish courierIT had more people like Trevor working for him.
