Extremely poor service delivery

EPC light came on on my Polo Vivo (2 years old). Took it in to be checked & to have a service. Took over 3 weeks to get the car back as major work needed to be done. I was told it would take max a week and a half. Absolutely no communication from VW at the time (although I left numerous messages); until the matter was taken up with head office. Car now back & the service light has come on checked & book has not been stamped. Have been told it has been serviced but I need it bring it in to re-set the service indicator. Did not receive any info / breakdown of work done on the car. Extremely unhappy with the level of service and customer relations.
