My wife's Scenic had an A/C Pump failure and Elmarie and Steven from East Rand Renault went out of the way to ensure that the car gets fixed under warranty, even though there was some initial confusion about the warranty all was sorted to my satisfaction.
I was kept up too date effectively regarding when the car would be ready and the car is 100% now.
Kudos must also go to Renault South Africa for arranging prompt tow-in for the vehicle to the dealership.
