Seriously bad service

I asked dialdirect if I could have some chips in my windscreen repaired and they said yes and sent me to glasfit in Polokwane where on arrival I was told it is to cold and I should return on a hot day?? and that they dont do more than two chips? the windscreen has three tiny chips two of which can barely be seen with the naked eye and they want me to replace the windscreen - I think not!! after complaining about the situation to the claims department I was told that they had made me an apointment at another glasfit at thornhill shopping centre, so I took more time off work and went to thornhill centre to have the windscreen repaired only to be told on arrival that glasfit had not had a office in the centre since September the previous year?? do these people think I have free time all day to visit service providers that dont exhist?? this little exercise has cost me in lost work time and petrol more than a new windscreen would have cost!! They may be friendly as but they dont have a clue what they are doing!! seems it is time to find a new insurance provider that knows what it is doing! not impressed at all.
