NOT ADHERING TO THEIR SALES TALK!!

After completing a survey on "just play" this company called me for a policy with them to take care of my car's little dents, paint chips, windscreen chips, my leather seats etc etc.

I was told as soon as the 1st debit order goes off they WILL CONTACT ME to come and give my car it's 1st "treat". Today 5 June I had to phone them and was then told that only once the 2nd debit order has gone off they will come and take care of my car.

Also the first debit order went off on 27 May iso 31 May as is the arrangement!

When I lodged a complaint I was told it will take 14 working days to take care of this complaint!

WAY TO GO FOR "GOOD SERVICE" and sticking to their promises as they clearly do not know that what they are now doing is UNLAWFUL!
