An absolute and pathetic level of service was experienced. I was told the car purchased no longer had a Motor Plan and purchased an additional warranty. Later it became known that a Motor Plan does exist. No spare key was supplied and I was told they are awaiting it from another branch. Now 3 weeks later I still do not have the key. A tracker unit was ordered which was only installed 2 weeks after delivery. A boot catch that needed replacement was never ordered from the agent although I was told it was. License discs were available upon delivery but I was told to come back to fetch these. This was after I told the salesman I do not want this situation. The main issue is that ABSOLUTELY NO communication and feedback was given to me from any of the sales staff with the exception of a few instances. I had to call every time every time to find out what the current situation is. A written report of all my complaints was given to the Manager and I was told feedback will be given the same day. Two days later I have still not been contacted. My recommendation is nobody should ever purchase any kind of vehicle from any Imperial Multifranchise.
