I ordered a bithday gift for my wife from a online company in Johannesburg I recieved a tracking No VA0007401224 from them from which I found out that the parcel was collected in Johannesburg then sent to Durban where it was labled as undeliverable I contacted the 011 974 2845 No where I was told that someone from Durban would contact me No one did I phoned back later and was then told bad luck We do not deliver to that region give us a address in Durban and we will drop it off there.
How can you accept the business of delivering a parcel to a clearly defined address send it around the country and then finaly decide not to deliver it I guess my wife wont be getting her gift
