Incompetency and false adverts

On 12/09/2013 a parcel was send from Jo-burg with fastway to Swartklip (Northam, Limpopo), that afternoon I was informed that they cannot deliver in my area and need another address. I give another address in the Hartbeespoort area and arrange for deliver the next morning (I have to go to that address that afternoon). That morning I was informed that they cannot deliver to Hartbeespoort anymore and want another address. I replied that I don't have any other address available. Then that lady (in Jo-burg branch) said it's not her problem anymore because they send it to the Pretoria branch and I must phone them. Which I did and Lindi confirmed that the parcel is there and she will find out if they can send to it Hartbeespoort, she said she will phone me back shortly, which never happened. On Monday 16/09/2013 I phoned again to find out where my parcel is, just to hear that it was not delivered because the address was not clear but she will come back to me (once again it never happened). On 17/09/2013 I phoned again, this time she said the parcel was send back to jo-burg and it will only be returned to the Pretoria branch on 18/09/2013. After that they will sen
