I wanted a replacement key as mine was, I order this morning 8/5/2013, paid around 11am as order can only be placed once payment is made, I was told it will take 2 weeks, around 3pm today I found my keys, as someone picked it up in a bin and returned it, I phoned to cancel the order, I was told that the order has already been made and can not be cancelled, this is ridiculous to me as yes the paper work might have been done, but nothing made or anything coded in such a short time, rather a sales man not willing to make the effort for a client. I phoned to speak to manager, but at 4pm not available until next day, so we await and I decided to log this as we expect barons to go the extra mile.
