I own a 2012 bmw and recently i have been having endless problems with this vehicle. i have purchased the vehicle brand new and i certainly do not expect to have such frequent problems. my vehicle has been to smg pietermaritzburg approximately 5 times this year. i picked up my vehicle on Friday 22/11/2013 and on Sunday 24/11/2013 my car once again 'broke'. the dealership refuses to give me a courtesy vehicle as they say i should hire a vehicle at my own cost. i am very disappointed and i wish to take this matter up to the highest of authorities.
