I'd like to commend your dealership and most importantly your staff on the level of service I received when recently having some work done on my car.
The initial fault for which the vehicle was brought in for was intermittent by nature and therefore difficult to diagnose or recreate. When this was found to be the case, instead of the service advisor (Robin Farrell) dismissing it as over concern on the part of the owner / driver, he invited me to drive the car in the presence of a very helpful technician / mechanic (Claudio Poco) who, with my guidance was ultimately able to diagnose the fault and initiate proceedings to have it rectified.

Once the parts ordered had arrived, the vehicle was booked in for fitment and while fitment took more time than anticipated, without my asking for one, Robin had arranged a courtesy vehicle for my use over the weekend to be returned on the Monday when collecting my car.

The repairs were done 100% as requested with absolutely no reason for comeback or dissatisfaction.
This is a rare exception in todays automotive after sales space and one I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy.

Well done Robin and Claudio. You're an example to your colleagues.
