I took my Volvo to Lombard Tyres on Conrad Avenue, Randburg. Was welcomed by a fantastic receptionist... warm, friendly and professional.

Martin Groenwald requested that I take a seat and as soon as some of the vehicles he was working on, had left the floor, he would look at my vehicle.

I was pleasantly surprised with the degree of professionalism and caring that was expressed by the staff. Inasmuch as Martin took the time and effort to remove tyres to diagnose the problem for which I had brought in the vehicle and still yet, test drove the vehicle, unfortunately the issue with the vehicle still persists. Martin helpfully referred me to a mechanic in the vicinity.

As an individual who prides herself on service excellence, I believe that good honest kindness must never go un-noticed. I feel obliged to express my appreciation to Martin and his staff.
