I went to change debit orders in the name of my son for policies from my husband's account to my son's account who is at the moment working in the Kongo and Robin Vosloo assisted me. All the staff at the enquiries department were so busy and the clients so impatient but Robin kept his cool along with his colleagues. Because my handbag and purse with all my cards and ID document were he had his job cut out! He made calls to enquire how he could help me and never lost his cool.
