On the 26 April, the car i hired was due to be returned according to the policy upon return as long as the car fuel tank had been filled i will be refunded my deposit. to date i am still awaiting my refund, after numerous call there is just no winning with this branch they are so incompenent its not even funny.my partner received a mail on the 01/05 stating that they had to fill R179 more fuel which i think is BS (mind the language) as the night before he filled the tank up at the Sasol on William Nicol.i will take this further should i not have my refund cleared in my account today.
