Poor service rendered

I have complained to BMWSA on numerous occasions regarding my car. I bought this
vehicle in Feb 2012 and l drove it everyday until November 2012 when
first the oil light came on. Work was done on it and in March 2013 the
light went on again. The car went in again and on 02
April it went on again - not even a month after it has been at
FORSDICKS BMW TYGERVALLEY. The reason given is unacceptable
as it was driven since Feb till Nov last year without going on and the
fact that it has now gone on in less that 30days. The car has a
HISTORY of the oil light coming on - it is an indication that the
service / maintenance is of a poor quality especially since this car
was driven by a lady (60s) and now by me alone (50s). One does not expect it
from a Toyota or any other make yet alonea BMW!!! It is suppose to be a prestige vehicle
costing thousands ofrands!!!

l do not intend paying for any repairs and would like to request that you do an enquiry on my behalf
