My parcel of cameras arrived in SA on 23 April 2013. Today, after 8 working days it is still with Customs for Checking. Upon my inquiry on 29 April, I received a phone call advising me that the problem was with the "customs" department in TNT. In stead of offering me a solution the person offered me their contact number. I e-mailed, but to date I have received no feedback regarding the delay!
As a result of this delay we have missed a huge opportunity to tender for a contract.
I also advised the company in China never to use TNT again.
