I have made a purchase from China which arrived on the 4/3/2013. I was asked to pay the DHL fee, which i did, and then the item was at customs for the period of 1 month. I was asked to pay an extra amount as my shipment was under-declared (which i did) and to date, i have not received my item. I am being told a different story every day. Yesterday the website finally showed the item was on hold and then today again its "clearence delay" how can that be when it cleared customs last week??? DHL service is PATHETIC
