We bought a car from Five Star Motors in Vereeniging in Oct 2012.
With in the fist week we had issues you name it.
Everytime there was an issue we took it back they have helped with the small problem we had in the 1st week.
The last time we had the biggest issue of them all in December 2012 then we hear that the car needs a new engin and Five Star Motors takes no responsibility for this. Also he once helped us as one of his staff took us to our home to collect our stuff we then stayed at one off our families homes for about 2 months as he could not helped us with car as he said that his insurance does not cover it when someone else is driving the car. So we borrowed our uncle's car just to get to work and I have a daughter and i was pregnant at that time can you just image using someone else car and staying at someone else home.
This is almost the same as IBotha case. We bought this car as we thought that we will have great service. But this is shocking that it has happened with someone else.
