Good Arrived damage / Poor condition

Fastway Couriers

I ordered expensive sunglasses from AB Digital in South Africa or the VIP Club via the internet. I was anticipated in using the glasses over the weekend to run the Wally Hayward Marathon, but it had not arrived, however after inquiry, it arrived on Friday morning at 0900, 3 May 2013. I noticed the Fast mail plastic courier plastic was very badly damaged and torn, when I opened the package, the glasses Oakley box was literally squashed, it seem the courier treated this delicate package as if it was a football. Is this how FASTWAY treats their customer's goods especially fine personal goods? I have to return this item as the glasses either left Oakley / AB Digital with marks and it does not look new to me, Why was the hard case not included as stipulated in the advert. I require AB DIGITAL to exchange for another pair in time for me to use at my 20th Comrades Marathon Race on the 2 June 2013.
I reserve my statutory rights to claim for damaged good received this morning and hereby place both companies on notice, and without any prejudice to any person.
Please kindly call me to fetch package.
