CANCELLATION OF DEAL

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED IN THE WAY I AM BEING TREATED AS A VALUED CUSTOMER. I HAVE NEVER FAILED ONE DEBIT ORDER. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM KIA KEMPTON. WHEN I TOOK THE VEHICLE FOR SERVICE TO HYUNDAI BOKSBURG I WAS TOLD BY THE MECHANICS @ HYUNDAI THAT THE VEHICLE HAS A REBUILD MOTOR. THE PETROL TANK NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. BRAKES NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THE MILAGE ON THE VEHICLE IS 45000KM. I WAS THEN TOLD FROM THE DP @ KIA THAT I ONLY QUALIFY FOR A HYUNDAI I20. WELL I DID NOT KNOW THAT MONEY THAT WAS GRANTED FROM WESBANK HAS THE NAME OF THE VEHICLE I QUALIFY FOR. ON GOING THROUGH MY WESBANK STATEMENT I SAW THAT I OWE WESBANK R194000.00. I COULD PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE FOR THAT PRICE WHY ONLY A HYUNDAI I20.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING CLOSE TO 2 WEEKS AS I HAVE CANCELLED THIS DEAL. DEBIT ORDER AS GONE OFF MY ACCOUNT. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR A DUDD. I AM SERIOUSLY NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I AM RECEIVING CAN A CONSULTANT ATLEAST JUST CONTACT LIEZEL AT KIA AS I WOULD LIKE TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED.
