I recently purchased a vehicle from hyundai pinetown, they were late on delivery the first time, and the 2nd time as well. i paid cash for my vehicle and wasn't given no customer service just false promises for a service plan that hasn't been given till date.
From the beginning of the purchase i have had to make a zillion calls and emails that they read as i receive a read receipt but no reply, no communication. When i requested them to take the vehicle back they told me cash sale no window period.
i am blue in the face with frustration and have given them far to many chances.
If this is how hyundai operates i will never buy another hyundai and plan to tell everyone about the service and disgusting no care attitude from the people at hyundai pinetown.
