I purchased an I20 in February this year. The service was excellent from Nick and then Verna. Once the deal was completed, tracker had to install a tracking unit. The tracker was included in the invoice when i purchased the car. They never contacted me however on my insurance, there was a tracking device included as well. That company called me and fitted the vehicle with their unit. In April, I was debited with an amount for Tracker. I then contacted Tracker and they then eventually refunded me and reflected that I am not a client. I then tried to contact Hyundai to resolve the matter, Verna never returned my calls or answered my emails. I eventually asked my mother to contact them. She spoke to Ronel, the Sales Manager. To date, we have received no response with this regard.
